Customer Care Executive for Flipkart We are hiring for Associate/Consultant with immediate joiner should have their own Laptop/Desktop with below mentioned configuration :- Processor core i5 with 7 Generation or above- 8 GB RAM- Genuine Windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack.- Camera availability is must- Broadband connection is mandatory with >=20 Mbps Internet Speed ( Mobile hotspot is not allowed)- Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on system.- Compatible USB headsets- UPS is mandatory for desktops.- EDR Installation is must- Shifts : Rotational- Shifts Duration : 9- Weekly Offs : 1 Weekly Off rotational- Mode of Interviews : Virtual over video call.- Graduation with minimum 1 year documented experience- Excellent communication skills along with good grammatical and sentence formation skills.
