We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a point-of-resource for other departments, ensuring the efficient use and management of our CRM software to enhance customer care, sales, and marketing initiatives. The CRM Executive will be responsible for running intent-based and funnel campaigns, automating system processes, interpreting data, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of CRM data.Role :- Act as a point-of-resource for other departments regarding customers and the CRM software.- Run intent-based and funnel campaigns through the CRM platform.- Create and interpret data from the CRM software.- Automate the CRM system to efficiently run campaigns within the funnel.- Collaborate with various employees to enhance customer care, sales, and marketing efforts based on CRM data.- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of CRM data.- Customize reports generated from the CRM. 8 .Troubleshoot software errors and provide timely solutions.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze business trends.- Conduct user testing and upgrade the CRM system as needed.- Stay informed on relevant statistics, including customer retention rates and customer satisfaction levels.Education and Experience:Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.2+ years of experience with CRM software.Skills and Qualifications:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in CRM software and data management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of marketing and sales principles. - Ability to customize and generate detailed reports from the CRM system.- Experience in automating system processes and running marketing campaigns.Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in customer relationship management.- Familiarity with user testing and software upgrade processes. - Understanding of customer retention strategies and satisfaction metrics.
