Key Responsibilities :
Meeting Coordination :
• Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute meeting notes promptly.
Calendar Management :
• Maintain and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and sending calendar invites.
• Proactively resolve conflicts and prioritize engagements.
Communication Handling :
• Screen and route incoming calls professionally.
• Respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO as required.
Travel Arrangements :
• Book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle any changes efficiently.
Documentation and Filing :
• Maintain confidential records and documents.
• Draft reports, presentations, and other materials as required by the CEO.
Administrative Support :
• Provide daily assistance to the CEO in managing routine tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience : 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
