Job Role: Executive CoordinatorLocation: Ahmedabad, GujaratCTC: Upto 30KResponsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing Executive Calendar, including setting up meetings and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintaining minutes of meetings, prioritising emails, receive incoming calls, schedule
meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, handle leadership visits, their logistics and agenda
  • Work on presentations and data as required and managing the data.
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records
and personal matters at the highest level.Required Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Organization skills and ability to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office
