Executive – Coordination & Supply Chain
Job Description
• Analyse Product data to forecast volume of materials required
• Management of budgets for the production of apparels
• Ability to build, develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of raw material constructions, finishing and dyeing process
• Knowledge of Knitting / dyeing and Fabric Quality.
• Submit, chase and sign off lab dips for sampling
• Maintain data with ERP system and make report
• Manage T&A calendar from concept to bulk for fabric development.
• Ensure that the production delivery is received on time. Take required actions if there is delay in the delivery or if the fabric received is not as per the required quality.
• Maintain complete record of inflow and outflow of fabric.
• Maintain a strong relationship with vendors.
• Ensure that the certified 3rd party testing is done before the fabric is dispatched
• Willing to travel randomly to the vendor house.
