Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and Compliance executive to join our Compliance Department. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates with a keen interest in the financial markets and a basic understanding of compliance principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support the team in conducting inspections and audits.
• Maintain records and documentation related to compliance activities.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Excel.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance compliance knowledge.

Qualifications:

• B.Com, CA/CS/CMA (Semi Qualified), MBA.
• Elementary knowledge of compliance in the financial sector.
• Skill in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and active approach to tasks and responsibilities.
