Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.We are looking for an Executive Compensation Partner & Stock Plan Manager to join our Global Total Rewards Team.In this role, you will support the Sr Director, Executive Compensation & Equity Administration in the design, development, administration and implementation of JLLs executive compensation and equity programs, policies, structures, and practices for the organization. You will create compensation models, review executive level market data, prepare reports for management and materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, process cyclical and ad hoc equity events, and maintain equity plan participant data across multiple data sources. This role will collaborate cross-functionally and globally to promote best practices in the design, communication, training, and administration of Reward policies and programs with a high level of customer service.What this job involves:

  • Support the design, development and communication of executive compensation programs including external market data reviews, internal evaluation criteria, and compensation modeling across multiple regions and business units
  • Evaluate the competitiveness of the executive compensation plans by compiling and analyzing statistical data from internal and external market sources and formulate recommendations as appropriate. Draft executive compensation materials for Compensation Committee meetings, the annual Proxy, and other financial and regulatory disclosures, as needed
  • Manage the administration of equity programs including the processing of grants, releases, and data integrations through outside vendors
  • Analyze and support the annual and discretionary equity grant processes and track share usage
  • Maintain integrity of stock plan participant data in the system of record by completing recurring and ad hoc data reconciliations, providing critical reporting and data expertise to ensure data quality, and efficient processing of equity events
  • Be a cross-functional liaison (ex: HR, Finance, Legal) to provide accurate and timely executive compensation and equity plan reports
  • Perform other related duties, including special projects, as requested

  • Strong analytical mindset and skills developed from working in HR and/or Compensation to proactively anticipate needs using trends/analytics to drive key decisions
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on top priorities and high impact economic and behavioral drivers
  • 5+ years of corporate HR/Compensation experience with knowledge of compensation cycles, market data analysis, equity administration, and experience drafting materials to senior management
  • Experience reviewing compensation policies and practices, consistent with operational needs and ensures compliance with legal requirements
  • Strong communication/facilitation, Word, PowerPoint skills & exceptional Excel skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Professional qualification related to Compensation or Equity desirable (ex: CCP / CEP Certification)
