You will create compensation models, review executive level market data, prepare reports for management and materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, process cyclical and ad hoc equity events, and maintain equity plan participant data across multiple data sources. This role will collaborate cross-functionally and globally to promote best practices in the design, communication, training, and administration of Reward policies and programs with a high level of customer service.What this job involves:
