:To receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients for making them transact in various securities available in the equity, derivative, commodity and currency market. To understand their queries and assist them in operational and execution of financial products The candidate should be able to work independently.Roles & Responsibilities :- Acquiring & servicing customers for equity & derivative broking, mutual funds & insurance.- Responsible for revenue generation in terms of Brokerage form existing and new clients by offering the products and activating new demat accounts.- According to client portfolio advice them for long term or short terms investment planning- Develop and maintain customer relations for growth of business.- On the basis of the current database, generate calendar for weekly client meetings .- Analyze and make strategy for meeting that inquiry or lead convert into client.- Scheduling weekly client engagement emails- Arranging monthly client webinar or Quarterly- Generating Referrals from existing clients and taking feedback.- Converting Inactive clients into active.Key Skills: Presentable with good oral & written communication skills , working knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite like Google Forms, Google Sheets. Selling and Negotiation Communication Skills.Knowledge: Demat Account, Mutual Funds, Stock Market, Insurance, Investments, Taxation and Financial Advisory.
