Lunch needs to be prepared for 2000+ students and 550+ staff members.
Breakfast needs to be prepared for 250-300 people.
Ensuring same quality, taste, least wastage, hygienically food served in each batch across school. Food needs to be healthy and nutritious.
Should have relevant experience of cooking food for over 1500 people at least in a school or hospital or restaurant or canteen of a factory or college or university etc.
Should be able to delegate, manage and guide Kitchen staff to make different vegetarian Northern Indian, South Indian, Chineese, street food etc.
Should be able to delegate cooking responsibilities -manage staff - assign responsibilities like chopping, peeling, preparing dishes, menu preparation, sanitization, entire kitchen operations, etc.
Relevant experience is crucial - atleast 3-4 years of experience.
Candidate should be open to relocate to Surat -Gujarat.
Shift timings: 9 to 10 hours for 6 days working.
Should know English + Hindi and Guajarati is preferable.
