We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate

Executive Chef

to lead our culinary operations .The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences through culinary excellence .

Key Responsibilities:

Take complete responsibility for the overall kitchen operations - and staff cafeteria. Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of chefs and kitchen staff to consistently deliver high-quality cuisine. Plan and execute innovative menus that align with our brand standards and guest expectations. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization. Drive guest satisfaction by consistently enhancing the culinary experience, contributing to improved guest reviews and feedback. Ensure cost control, waste reduction, and efficient kitchen budgeting. Collaborate with other departments for seamless food and beverage operations. Manage supplier relationships and ensure quality procurement practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role. Strong hands-on culinary skills across multiple cuisines. Excellent team management and training capabilities. Creative, proactive, and quality-driven approach. Strong understanding of food cost, portion control, and inventory systems. Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.
