  • Proven expertise in menu development and food cost management
  • Experience in kitchen management and maintaining operational efficiency
  • Ability to train and mentor culinary staff for continuous improvement
  • Excellent quality control abilities to uphold food standards
  • Effective vendor management skills for sourcing high-quality ingredients
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure high-quality food production
  • Oversee menu development and ensure innovative and profitable offerings
  • Implement cost-effective measures for food sourcing and production
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and compliance with regulations
  • Develop and conduct staff training programs to enhance skills and performance
  • Manage vendor relationships for fresh and quality ingredients
  • Enforce quality control measures to deliver consistent dining experience
