TCG Hospitality is seeking an experienced and highly creative Corporate Executive Chef to lead and manage the culinary operations across our diverse portfolio of hospitality brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in kitchen management, menu development, and culinary leadership with at least 10 years of experience in a senior culinary position. You will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, ensuring consistent quality, and delivering exceptional dining experiences across our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of chefs, kitchen staff, and culinary professionals across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Menu Development: Innovate and create exciting, seasonal, and diverse menus that align with the brand identity and cater to customer preferences while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain food quality and consistency across all locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and guest satisfaction.
Staff Training & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a high-performance team. Conduct regular training sessions on new techniques, food safety, and industry trends.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage food costs, waste, and inventory while ensuring profitability for the business. Work with the management team to develop and maintain kitchen budgets.
Supplier & Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients are sourced at the best prices. Negotiate contracts and monitor inventory.
Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with restaurant and hotel operations to ensure smooth execution of service, resolve operational issues, and elevate the guest experience.
Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on global culinary trends and innovations, incorporating them into the menu offerings to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure kitchens comply with local health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the culinary field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Executive Chef or similar).
Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, international cuisines, and culinary techniques.
Proven ability to manage multiple kitchens or restaurant operations, with a focus on quality and consistency.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, train, and lead a diverse kitchen team.
Expertise in cost control, menu pricing, and food cost management.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., Diploma in Culinary Arts) is required.
Experience working in a hospitality or multi-brand environment is preferred.
