Executive Chef Location - Jamnagar, Gujarat Salary range upto 45 Lacs PA + Company Accommodation + Benefits - Graduate in hospitality management/ culinary management.
- 20+ years of experience in F&B management
- Should have in depth knowledge of world culinary.
- Banqueting and multiple restaurants handling simultaneously, experience is a must.
- A team player with experience of managing 75+ kitchen brigade size.
- International work experience would be an added advantage.
- Should have deep knowledge of ingredients suppliers in india and fair knowledge globally.
