Behind the scenes, you\'ll ensure quality, maintain high standards and keep the kitchen running smoothly.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you\'ll mostly be:\xe2\x97\x8f Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds\xe2\x97\x8f Directing daily kitchen activities as well as coaching and developing a team capable of catering to more than 500 people\xe2\x97\x8f Encouraging and addressing guest feedback\xe2\x97\x8f Helping our Food and Beverage Director plan events\xe2\x97\x8f Working closely with the finance team to forecast, plan and budgetWhat We need from you:\xe2\x97\x8f Degree or certificate in culinary arts\xe2\x97\x8f 5 years\' experience as a chef\xe2\x97\x8f Must speak local language(s)\xe2\x97\x8f At least one year in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experienceWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
