Job Description

• •Male Candidate from Karnataka especially from 3 star or 4 Star Hotel experience. •
• Hands - on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques Leadership skills of monitoring to helpers.
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes Familiarity with sanitation regulations

Overseeing the Infrastructure & Maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section (Indian & Others specialist foods)

Responsible for creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.

Managing and training the Kitchen staffs for food hygiene practices.

Delegate task to Kitchen staff & supervise them for timely preparation of the food.

Monitoring portion and waste control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
