Overseeing the Infrastructure & Maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section (Indian & Others specialist foods)
Responsible for creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
Managing and training the Kitchen staffs for food hygiene practices.
Delegate task to Kitchen staff & supervise them for timely preparation of the food.
Monitoring portion and waste control.
