JobSummary:


We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Executive Chef

to lead our team at our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Responsibilities:



Menu Planning:

Develop innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the culinary preferences of our clientele while considering dietary restrictions and budgetary constraints.

Recipe Development:

Create and standardize recipes to maintain consistency in flavour, presentation, and portion sizes.

Kitchen Management:

Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Cost Control:

Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen expenses to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Customer Satisfaction:

Interact with guests to solicit feedback, address concerns, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of Chef experience in a resort or luxury hotel .
