Responsibilities:
Menu Planning:
Develop innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the culinary preferences of our clientele while considering dietary restrictions and budgetary constraints.
Recipe Development:
Create and standardize recipes to maintain consistency in flavour, presentation, and portion sizes.
Kitchen Management:
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Cost Control:
Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen expenses to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Customer Satisfaction:
Interact with guests to solicit feedback, address concerns, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of Chef experience in a resort or luxury hotel .
