• Job Title : Executive Chef
• Job Overview :
• Responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, including menu creation, staff management, and ensuring food quality.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Plan and direct all culinary activities.
• Create and modify menus to meet quality standards.
• Estimate food requirements and manage food/labor costs.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks.
• Recruit, train, and manage kitchen personnel.
• Ensure compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Resolve any kitchen-related issues or complaints.
• Perform administrative duties such as payroll and record-keeping.
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain professional relationships with staff.
