  • Demonstrated culinary creativity, with the ability to innovate and inspire new menu items that attract customers and increase revenue.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating kitchen staff to perform at their best while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in menu development, capable of crafting diverse menus that cater to varied tastes and dietary needs.
  • Expertise in staff training, dedicated to improving team skills through effective training programs and performance evaluations.
  • Strong vendor relations skills, ensuring the procurement of high-quality ingredients at optimal pricing while building beneficial supplier partnerships.
