About the Role:- The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients.- The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of IT services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Research and analyze market trends, industries, and competitors to uncover business opportunities.- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads, inquiries, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of prospects.- Initiate contact with prospective clients and establish rapport through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and position the company's services effectively.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.- Build long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and solutions to meet their evolving needs.- Coordination with International as well Domestic Clients.
