```Duties```
The selected candidate would be working on the business development (PAN India, neighboring countries and Middle East) for the focus solutions of Consulting, Auding and Training Solutions like:
Initial Focus Domains/Solutions:
1. Safety Audit, Electrical Safety Audit, Fire Safety Audit
2. Training Programs - Pan India, PSUs
3. CSR Impact Assessments
4. ESG, BRSR and Sustainability Reporting
Activities:
• Receiving enquiry tickets and addressing customer queries
• Proposal writing and management
• Presentations and client meeting
• Follow-up and order conversions
• Engagement and Lead Generation (New leads and from existing customers)
• Miscellaneous activities (As per company requirements and priority)
```Experience```
- Proven 2 - 5 years experience in business development or sales role B2B - Service [MANDATORY]
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho), Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides; and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written), Hindi, and preferably one more regional language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
