- Fantastic work culture- Attractive Salary & Benefits- Opportunity to make a positive impact- Our client is an innovative and progressive global recruitment company that understands the importance of mapping talent pockets & generating a global pool of talent.The Job :Your responsibilities will include :- Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc.- Search the labour market and identify potential clients.- Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high standards of service.- Maintain healthy business relationships between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.- Prepare monthly business reports as assigned by the general manager.- Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure candidates fitness according to client\'s requirements.- Draft job descriptions, business contracts, and other related forms in coordination with the concerned parties.- Update the team on the latest market trends and related country laws and ensure zero violation.- Prepare business proposals, conduct research, and participate in feasibility studies.- Follow up with the Finance Department to ensure proper records and statements whenever needed.- Follow up pending payments and maintain high standards of confidentiality.Ideal Candidate :Skills :- Business Development- Sales- Marketing- Talent Acquisition- Hiring- RecruitmentQualification :- Graduation is mandatory.- Experience in B2B sales in the service industry.
