- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities- Flexible working options- Leadership RoleOur client is a leading real estate and investment service provider that delivers better and quality assistance to the individuals.The Job :Your responsibilities will include :- Identifying private/public landlords and retail partners- Developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with existing tenants.- Regularly canvassing the trade area to identify new tenant/partner opportunities, networking with local small businesses & entrepreneurs, and attending relevant trade shows and events to expand the business.- Networking with area leasing representatives, brokers, and industry associates.- Identifying and developing new leasable locations in the common area.- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets- Negotiating lease agreements and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person- R&D of the market.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales/Account Executive role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
