-Fantastic work culture-Attractive Salary & Benefits-Opportunity to make a positive impactOur client is India\'s largest integrated platform for Real Estate & Mortgages and one of the fastest growing Proptech platform in UAE, Rest of Middle East, Australia & Canada.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.- Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI\'s & RFP\'s.- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.Ideal Candidate- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a B2C Sales or Pre-sales role.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships with senior level stakeholders.- You have working knowledge of communication, negotiation and convincing skills- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
