Effective closure of sales deals with customer delight; 4. Working on lead generation and conversion of business of clients; 5. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients; 6. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices; 7. Should have handled revenue and worked on revenue target along with number of clients on-boarding; 8. Cold-calling companies in a selected area; 9. Meeting Hiring Managers at clients in companies; 10. Convincing clients for empanelling and getting recruitment work as per the requirement of the clients; 11. Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with the on-board clients; 12. Reviewing clients\' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Essential Qualifications: Graduate Post-Graduate. Preferably MBA in HR Marketing. 5 years Experience in Business Development, Contract Staffing, Client Management, Sourcing, Out-sourcing, Temporary Staffing etc. Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem - solving and excellent analysis skills. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Possess pleasant personality with go-getter attitude. Fluent in English. Self-motivated and be willing to work under target.
