Develop and implement strategies to target these prospects.Build Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.Lead Generation- : Generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, and attending industry events.Lead Nurturing : Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel. Provide relevant information and follow-up to keep leads engaged.Sales Process Management : Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.Collaborate with Marketing Team : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and strategies.Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.Evening Work : Since our clients are based in the USA/Canada, be prepared to work evening hours to accommodate different time zones.Ideal Candidate :Qualifications :Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Representative, preferably working for a digital marketing agency and/or SaaS company.Skills :- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Proven track record in B2B sales.- Knowledge of digital marketing services and strategies.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.- Strong organizational and time management skills.Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the healthcare or SaaS or marketing industry is a plus.Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Language Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
