Manager / Executive - Business Development 1. A FinTech company, catering to financing needs of fast-growing EV industry, enabling electric mobility businesses in accessing institutional capital efficiently. The company does tie-up with various lenders to fulfill debt requirements of the target segment 2. Role Description: Designation - Manager / Executive - Business Development. - Selling of Loan products to business ( 95% work involves calling to business owners. 5% of work require visit to field for client meetings or market understanding )Job Location - Janakpuri - Delhi 3. Experience Good exposure in financial services, preferably 1yr and above. Freshers with good academic background will also be considered 4. Reporting to Founder 5. Key Responsibilities Business Development - Identifying new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships - Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making - Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders - Serve as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. - Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other communications - Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-up. - Oversee and manage various projects related to business development initiatives - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management 6. Requirements - A desire to understand and learn about new business segments - Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment - Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills - Ability to communicate with prospective clients over call as well as face to face as required- Excellent Communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (ref:updazz.com)
