Responsibilities :- Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company\'s software solutions/IT services- Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling/E-Mail/LinkedIn to generate leads- Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities- Examining the IT requirements of clients and suggesting appropriate software solutions- Conducting demonstrations as and when required- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and generating appointments- Be able to tailor pitch the products & services according to their specifications ensuring successful conversion of sales.- Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.- Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with the company\'s main accounts and strategic partners- Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all the key business objectives- Prepare monthly reports and provide an effective recap of previous performance and review the same.Requirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field- Must be available to work in US/UK Shifts- Experience in B2B IT services sales- Proven experience in the Sales department as an Information Technology Sales Associate or BDE.- Complete knowledge of the terminology used in the IT industry- Familiarity with the trends and developments in the Sales industry- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Highly motivated individual (ref:updazz.com)
