The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring a steady pipeline of recruitment projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management- Identify potential clients in target industries and initiate contact through cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (HR managers, CEOs, etc.).- Understand client recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.2. Market Research and Strategy Development- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and recruitment opportunities.- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet revenue targets.- Stay updated on competitors' activities and market positioning.3. Proposal and Negotiation- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing models to clients.- Negotiate terms and agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.4. Collaboration and Reporting- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.- Use CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.Key Skills and Competencies:- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on exceeding targets.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 1+ years of experience in business development or sales (experience in recruitment is a plus).- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Sheet,MS Office Suite.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Number of new clients acquired per quarter.- Revenue growth from new and existing clients.- Client retention rate.- Timeliness and accuracy of reporting and proposals.
