Our client operate through a network of our worldwide teams, with specialists in recruitment for different industries.The Job-Key Responsibilities:-- Generate recruitment business from the leads provided.- Understand client requirements and provide customized recruitment solutions to meet their needs.- Participate in discovery calls with potential inbound leads, especially from the Middle East and South Africa, and present the company effectively.- Handle multiple leads efficiently and work with lead management tools like HubSpot.- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.- Manage and cater to all already generated leads.- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Be open to working on one Saturday or Sunday as part of a rotational schedule, with the option to take a compensatory day off (Monday or Tuesday) or receive extra pay.Ideal CandidateRequirements:-- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
