Roles and Responsibilities :- Market Mapping: Developing a database of potential Schools using internet and field visits; Identify and shortlist potential schools as per the School-outreach plan- Organizing demonstrations and signing up schools as per the expansion plan and business targets in specific geographies.- On-boarding and integrating every new school including cross functional linkages such as Kids-Trainers or Teacher-trainers- Responsible for achieving targets in the allocated Territory- Collections and Relationship Management with SchoolsProfile :- Smart Graduate from a decent B-minus or B Institute/University (if we get a MBA even if it\'s through a distance education course - it will be a bonus)- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role in growth/expansion phase of an enterprise(s) ideally in K12 publishing, tech driven education service ( eg Extramarks, Byjus or Educomp & Meritnation old timers) or people form Tech-equipment Suppliers (Ben Q, Barco etc) - Clear and proficient verbal communication in English; Excellent communication skills in the relevant (depending upon place of posting) vernacular language(s)- Comfortable with Remote/On-the-go Working- Should have a basic understanding of the geography around the place of posting- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively ; Willing to travel in local buses and trains to cover the allocated territory; - Own a two wheele (ref:updazz.com)
