Job Role :As a Business Development Associate you will be responsible for contacting small/medium sellers and large enterprises in India that have shown interest in setting up their products to sell in the US (warm leads) on the world\'s largest e-commerce platform. You may also need to travel to meet strategic high-value targets to help them onboard. Our organization will provide travel (for meetings), accommodation and other related costs.This is a great opportunity to expand your profile, learn all about international trade, and work with one of the BIG 5 in ecommerce.Responsibilities :- Communication : Regularly communicate with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls and emails. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.- Follow-ups : Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to ensure their queries and concerns are addressed and to keep them engaged.- Explain Service Offering : Clearly explain the services offered by our company to potential clients. Ensure they understand the benefits and features of our services.- Meeting High-Value Targets : Meet high-value targets in person to discuss our services and negotiate deals. All expenses for these meetings will be paid as per the company\'s internal policy.- Data Management : Track all interactions with potential clients and maintain this data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure the CRM is always up-to-date with the most recent information.- Onboarding Assistance : Assist sellers with the onboarding process. Ensure they understand how to use our platform and services effectively.- Information Gathering : Gather all required documents from sellers during the onboarding process.
