The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures. This role will involve working closely with the team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement strategies
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with operational standards
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
• Support the team in project management and execution of operational initiatives

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset
