Position Overview : - We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales within the interior products industry, focusing on wood panel products such as doors and wooden flooring. - Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities : - Identify and target potential B2B clients within the construction and interior design sectors, including architects, contractors, builders, and property developers.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and achieve revenue growth objectives.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely manner.- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and use insights to develop effective sales strategies.- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and follow up on sales opportunities through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, presenting our products and solutions effectively.- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies and objectives.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, participate in industry events, and leverage digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.Qualifications : - Bachelor\'s degree in any field.- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or interior products industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders and a passion for sales excellence.
