Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and highly organized Executive Assistant cum Office Assistant with over 8 years of experience to support our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. This role combines administrative support, office management, and personal assistance, offering a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :-
• Executive Support:
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
• Office Administration:
• Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Oversee all aspects of office management, including supply inventory, mail distribution, and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless office operations.
• Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
• Personal Assistance:
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by executives.
• Manage personal appointments and schedules for executives.
• Project Coordination:
• Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
• Support the design team with project-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications :-
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in executive support or office management roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with the interior design industry is a plus.
