Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, agendas, and logistical arrangements
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
• Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements
• Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding when appropriate
• Assist with special projects and provide support to other team members as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in EA / PA or similar role
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
