2. Maintain the Director's contact, email, travel, detail information with strict confidentiality
3. Entire coordination with Departments & Vendors on behalf of Director
4. Manage and organize Directors' task list in a proper format
5. Maintain a professional relationship & business networking and related task
Must-have Skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Understanding workflow
• MIS Report preparation
• Liaison with Departments
• Well versed with MS Office & G-Suite
