Sanjay Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in facilitating smooth operations and efficient communication within the company, ensuring the CFO and other executives can focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas and take minutes.
• Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential and information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executives.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and presentations as needed.
• Monitor and respond to emails and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software; experience with financial management systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
