We are hiring for the role of Executive Assistance to the Founder for a Venture Capital firm based out in Goregaon, Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners on behalf of the founder\'s office Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage executives\' calendars and set up meetings Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports and also records maintenance Oversee the performance of other staff Drafting, Collecting, and collating all the information in the form of memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc. Handle admin and all other telecommunication routine office tasks and responsibilities Contribute to the efficiency of the organization by providing personalized and timely support to executive members The following qualifications are essential: Graduation in any discipline or Management Qualification will be an added advantage 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to MD/Chairman\'s office in a Private Equity/Management Consulting/Investment Banking/MNC setup Effective and efficient communication (written & oral) with a strong executive presence Ability to function independently without supervision Go-getter attitude and ability to work well under compressed timelines Eye for detail with a high sense of responsibility and punctuality
