Hiring Executive Assistant - VadodaraJob Summary: Looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with 1+ years of work experience to work in a leading consultancy firm located in Vadodara.Role: Executive Assistant to MDFirm Summary: A leading CA Consultancy Firm of Vadodara, with a 70+ member strong team, is keen to add talent to its organization. The firm has been in operations since 2016 and is currently one of the Top 100 firms of the country in terms of revenue and size and currently has 4 branches outside Vadodara. The firm boasts an elite list of clients, including listed and unlisted corporates, startups.Location: Vadodara, GujaratSelected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Utilize Tally and accounting terminology to assist in financial reporting and management.
  • Oversee and manage statutory registrations, including trademarks, professional tax, Import Export Code, customs, and industrial liaisoning.
  • Assist management with sensitive and confidential tasks.
  • Conduct regular internal compliance & ensure adherence to legal and company policies
  • Prepare applications for necessary accreditations and credentials for the organization.
  • Draft and review legal documents and contract.
  • Conduct research and analyze case studies and white papers.
  • Draft, update, and maintain internal documents, including manuals, SPOCs, KRAs, and policies.
  • Manage office services and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation.
  • Format and organize internal and external communications for clarity and professionalism.
  • Actively participate as a core team member to support the development and growth of the organizations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between departments and stakeholders.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documentation effectively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and events, ensuring logistics are organized and executed smoothly.
  • Assist in managing the organization\'s social media presence and management.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required to support the team and organizational objectives.
Requirement:
  • Qualified BBA/ B.com/ BA LLB with minimum 1yr of work experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally and strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with statutory registrations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with social media platforms and management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Working experience in a CA Firm/Financial Services is preferred.
