Salary Offered: 20-50 LPA
Required Skills:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
• Professional-level verbal and written communications skills
• Handle communication going out of executive's office while maintaining confidentiality

• Must be flexible with working hours
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
• Plan, organize key business meetings and follow up on action plan
• Manage and coordinate with stakeholders globally
• Participate in decision-making on behalf of the executives.
• Organize calendars and proactively manage communications from the executive's office
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and present project updates to the executives
• Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other business documents
• Initiate business plan meetings
• Organize business performance review meetings on monthly / quarterly basis
• Prepare business analysis / projections as and when required by the executive
• Researching and preparing data to prepare documents and presentations for executives and the board of directors
• Using various data visualization tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, present reports to the executives
• Accurately recording minutes of the meetings and executing the follow-up action
• Answering phones, routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
• Managing executive's guests and visitors and prioritizing meetings with the executives
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos and submissions, and distributing them as needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements for executives
• Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a record database
• Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
• Provide general administrative support
Degree and Experience:
• Master's in administration/management.
• 2+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
