Job Description

About Us : We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day activities, facilitating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and communications.

Responsibilities :

• Calendar Management : Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
• Travel Arrangements : Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other logistics.
• Meeting Preparation : Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Ensure all necessary documents are available and the CEO is briefed.
• Communication : Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
• Administrative Support : Perform various administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and expense reporting. Maintain organized records and files.
• Event Coordination : Organize and coordinate events, both internal and external, ensuring all details are managed and executed flawlessly.
• Travel Assistance : Accompany the CEO on frequent travels within the city and occasionally outside the city. Ensure all travel arrangements are in place and assist with on-site needs.
• Professional Presentation : Represent the CEO and the company with a high level of professionalism and presentation in all interactions, both internal and external.
• Confidentiality : Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a C-level executive.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the city and occasionally outside the city.
• High level of professionalism and a presentable appearance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and event planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
