Administrative Support:
Sudyog InfraProjects Private Limited is a fast-growing construction company engaged in luxury residential construction in the Delhi NCR Region.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate has experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary and must be fluent in English.
Must-have skills: Excellent Written English, Fluent Spoken English, Punctual, Attention to Detail, Organising Skills, Computer Operation (Excel, Outlook, Google Suite)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD.
• Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications.
• Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings.
• Take minutes during meetings and distribute to relevant parties.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and operational.
• Coordinate with IT and facilities teams for any office-related issues.
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the executive's role.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
