Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) will provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Calendar Management : Efficiently manage the MD's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Communication : Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence related to general queries and sales calls.
• Meeting Coordination : Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Travel Arrangements : Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Document Management : Prepare, review, and manage documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required by the MD.
• Office Management : Ensure the smooth operation of the MD's office, including managing supplies, and equipment, and liaising with other departments.
• Confidentiality : Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Project Support : Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the MD.
• Liaison : Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Research : Conduct research and gather information to support the MD's decision-making process.
• Event Planning : Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and other activities.
Qualifications
• Education : At least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
• The role is based in Delhi-NCR, with occasional travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
