WovV Technologies, a Global Business Productivity SaaS company, is looking for Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO for Ahmedabad location.
###### Experience: 2+ Years
###### Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively leadthe organisation:including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complexdocuments, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings withstaff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists;making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports
• Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments andresponsibilities, following up appropriately
• Provides a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to theCEO's time and office
• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account ofthe meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning members of staff and all stakeholders. Respond positively with tact, sensitivity and awareness to all stakeholders inrelation to duties undertaken
• To draft correspondence and other documentation to the CEO's specification
• Working on a few project tracking. Should be open to take up varied tasks
• Coordinating with bankers for various queries and resolutions
###### Requirements:
• Proven prior experience as Executive Assistant or similar role
• Mandatory - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Email communications
• Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities
• Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
