Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director. The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both written andverbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Director, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital. Provide support for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes of the meeting and distributing materials. Coordinate with all departments and teams. Perform other administrative tasks as required. Job Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an Assistant or Administrative Assistant. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
