We are seeking a Executive Assistant to Director for our company Humans of Animal Land from pet wellness industry.
Responsibilities -
• Calendar and Schedule Management:
Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Communication Management:
Prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Draft and prepare emails, letters, and documents for the executive.
• Meeting Support:
Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions. Ensure all meeting materials and presentations are ready in advance.
• Project Assistance:
Assist with managing special projects and initiatives. Track project progress and provide regular updates to the executive.
• Document Management:
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records in physical and digital formats. Ensure easy accessibility and security.
• Office Administration:
Manage office supplies and equipment. Handle administrative tasks like expense reporting, invoicing, and budgeting.
• Event Planning:
Coordinate corporate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring efficient logistical management.
• Time Management:
Optimize the executive's time by managing priorities and deadlines.
Experience -
• Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
