Executive Assistance:
Administrative Support: Manage the Directors schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Project Coordination: Assist in managing and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate with various departments to gather information and provide updates.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company and personal information.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales support, client interaction, and market research. Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems.
Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
