Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports. Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Client Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses. Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients. Provide insights to help develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Order Management: Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products. Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring resolution to satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Executive Assistance:
  • Administrative Support: Manage the Director\xe2\x80\x99s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing and tracking projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate with various departments to gather information and provide updates.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company and personal information.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales support, client interaction, and market research. Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and capable of building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
