- Support the COO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives\' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Utilize advanced Power BI skills to create visually appealing and insightful dashboards that provide key performance indicators and metrics relevant to the COO\'s responsibilities.
- Collect, analyse and synthesise data to generate strategic recommendations
- Track industry growth and conduct competitor analysis
- Colloborate with the cross functional teams and develop market strategies
- Financial Notes, Valuations, Due Diligence
- Legal Compliance
- Review contracts and agreements and highlighting any discrepancies
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and trend analyses to identify opportunities and risks
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports with attention to detail
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects by providing research, analysis, and support
