c. Maintain a to-do list and run through the tasks every morning. Shift the to-do list to 9.30 every morning on Google Calendar
d. Daily routine tasks follow up and ensuring closure
e. Co-ordinate with Managers of different departments in DSNL and group companies (if required) and get status updates on a regular basis
f. Scheduling meetings as and when required
g. Attend meetings in DSNL/TLK , minute the meetings and circulate them
2. Record management
a. Maintain records, files and documents in a neat and orderly manner
b. Retrieving documents as and when required
c. Maintain a movement register for all documents
3. Cards and statements / Accounts
a. Payment of credit card dues
b. Periodical reconciliation of credit card statements
c. Maintaining personal accounts and reconciliation
d. Co-ordinate with accounts departments of group companies for any information required
e. Co-ordinate with auditors as and when required
4. Miscellaneous
a. Handle patents and lawyers
b. Manage taxi projects and work on various research papers as and when required
c. Manage other projects as and when required
d. Assist in making presentations
e. All other tasks as per the attached task list
f. Co-ordinate with concerned people whenever required for smooth flow
As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, your primary responsibility is to provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the MD's office. This includes managing the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. You'll be tasked with handling correspondence, preparing reports, and conducting research on behalf of the MD. Additionally, you'll serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items. Your role also involves maintaining confidentiality, exercising discretion, and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
