Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, helping to ensure efficient and effective management of day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO to support Study Buddy's mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management:Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized for business priorities.
2. Communication Handling: Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO, responding or redirecting as necessary.
3. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
4. Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
5. Document Management: Draft, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
6. Project Assistance: Assist with special projects, research tasks, and initiatives as directed by the CEO, providing regular updates and insights.
7. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly and ensure all documents and records are managed in a secure and confidential manner.
8. Relationship Building: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and fostering positive relationships.
9. Office Management Support:Support other administrative functions, including organizing company events, ordering supplies, and maintaining office organization.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
